It is designed to be used as a tool for data collection but you can use it as a mobile form builder as well.
How does it work?
This data collection app is designed to be simple to use.
To add questions, you need to choose from a drop-down list.
You can create a new question by clicking Add a new question.
After adding a question, you can give it a title, set a category, and choose from a drop-down list.
To add a category, click on the plus button.
